Updates & Corrections
A living guide needs visible sources, useful corrections and a clear review record.
What is available now.
| Area | Coverage |
|---|---|
| Congressional districts | Eight district pages with serving representatives, official maps and county/state overlaps. |
| District 2 | The most developed local contact and community guide. |
| County offices | All 64 county election-office routes from the state roster. |
| City and local districts | Official map and record routes; complete ward maps, officeholder lists and election methods are still being verified. |
Keep the record current.
We retain source dates, correct substantive errors and keep prior versions. Office changes, election transitions and new boundary orders need fresh verification.
Our review schedule
- On the 1st and 15th of each month: review office contacts, source links, maps and public resources.
- During elections and transitions: serving-office status and official instructions.
- Quarterly: participation guides, geographic coverage and accessibility needs.
- When a correction arrives: check the source, record the change and update the affected page.
These are scheduled editorial reviews. Each source keeps its actual last-checked date. A scheduled date does not mean a check has been completed; failed checks and needed corrections should be recorded.

Send the page link, the proposed correction, an official source and the date checked. Please leave out private personal records.
